Telegram restors work after failure

Telegram Messenger has restored its work after a crash.

The failure occurred at about 15.00 Moscow time, users in Russia, Great Britain, Germany, Spain, Turkey and the United States experienced difficulties with receiving and sending messages.

"Now the work has returned to normal. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you do not see your group chats, log out and re-log in," the Telegram page on Twitter reads.
