No invitations to disarmament received from US, Peskov says

Moscow has not yet received substantive proposals from Washington on strategic stability and disarmament negotiations, Russian Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said commenting on the statement by US National Security Advisor John Bolton, who allowed the possibility of such negotiations with Russia and China.

“So far there have been no intelligible proposals [from the US],” Tass quotes Peskov as saying.
