Blast in East Jerusalem

A blast occurred near a bus station in East Jerusalem, Reuters cites Israeli media as saying.

At least 20 people were injured, RIA Novosti cites a spokesman of the Israeli ambulance service as saying.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu postponed his visit to Russia. The visit will not be cancelled, RIA Novosti cites the press secretary of the Israeli prime minister, Alex Selsky.
