Iran and Turkey to conduct operations against PKK

Iran will conduct joint military operations with Turkey against the militants of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), Iranian Deputy Interior Minister Mohammad Hossein Zolfaghari said.

According to him, the PKK is a threat to everyone. At the same time, Iran's Deputy Interior Minister stressed that there are no problems on the Iranian-Turkish border.

In early March, Turkish Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu said that Turkey and Iran will conduct joint operations against the PKK terrorist group.
