Georgia will not repeat financial amnesty

Georgian Energy Minister Alexander Khetaguri told the Georgian parliament that Georgia will never repeat the financial amnesty. The statement was made in response to a question from an opposition deputy, Jondi Bagaturia, on writing off the debt to housing and utilities services, Business Georgia reports.

The minister reminded parliament that debts were written off in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
