Russia’s Energy Ministry suggests zero duties on ships for Turkish Stream and Nord Stream 2
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaThe Russian Energy Ministry has suggested freeing imports of ships that build the Turkish Stream and Nord Stream-2 pipelines from import duties and taxes, according to a draft ruling published today on the website for disclosure of legal regulations.
The draft reads that taxes and duties will not be introduced on the goods that the ships transport if their import and use are temporary.
