Sweets factory catches fire in Nalchik

According to the Kabardino-Balkaria Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, a confectionery factory caught fire in Nalchik. According to preliminary information, no one is hurt.

“At 16:58 on Saturday, we received a call about the fire in Nalchik, on Severnaya Street, in the building of a confectionery factory. According to preliminary information, the fire area is 1200 square meters, ” RIA Novosti reports.

Rescuers added that 38 firemen are extinguishing the fire using eight units of equipment in three areas. The burning factory is cordoned off by the police.
