Cow thief caught in Marneuli

The law enforcement officers solved the case of cows abduction in Marneuli region (Kvemo Kartli region), the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia reports.

A 28-year-old man was detained on suspicion of stealing animals from pasture in the village of Dioknisi.

The cows were returned to their rightful owner, Sputnik Georgia writes.

The investigation was initiated under the article "Attempt of theft". The suspect may face imprisonment for a term of three to five years.
