Ilham Aliyev and Mehriban Aliyeva meet parents of Azerbaijan's 10 millionth citizen

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President, first lady Mehriban Aliyeva have met with the parents of the 10 millionth citizen of Azerbaijan, Mehriban Hasanova, at the Republican Perinatal Centre today, the Azerbaijani presidential press service reported.
