Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, first lady Mehriban Aliyeva have viewed conditions created at a newly-reconstructed Neftchilar park in Garachukhur settlement, Surakhani district of Baku today, AzerTAc reported.
