Lukashenko counts on ‘warm’ relations with Ukraine

The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, said that he was waiting for ‘warm’ and ‘kind’ relations between states after the Ukrainian elections.

He also expressed the hope that Belarus and Ukraine will maintain respectful relations, regardless of the election results.

“No matter who is elected the president of Ukraine, we will have the kindest and warmest relations with this country,” RIA Novosti quoted Lukashenko as saying.
