Drunk car thief detained in Stavropol

In the Stavropol Territory, a car thief could not get away from the police due to being in a state of intoxication, the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.

It is clarified that law enforcement officers tried to force the driver to slow down, while he was trying to escape. Having lost control, the car thief hit a tree.

It was later established that the car belonged to a resident of the Bekeshevskaya stanitsa, who did not know that his car stollen.
