Drunk man threw himself into Cup of Tears in Pyatigorsk

Policemen in Pyatigorsk detained a man who violated public order during the torchlight procession, the press service of the State Ministry of Internal Affairs in Stavropol reported.

The incident took place yesterday at Lenin Square. “A man, being intoxicated jumped into the water near the Cup of Tears memorial, Interfax-Yug  reports.
