PM says it is totally groundless to say that Georgia may be deprived of visa liberalization
Read on the website Vestnik Kavkaza“It is totally groundless to say that Georgia may be deprived of visa liberalization”, - Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze told journalists, InterPressNews reports. When asked about the danger of suspension of visa-free travel, the Prime Minister said that was not true.
"Of course, this is not true, like many other things. When we talk about visa liberalization, when we talk about the Association Agreement with Europe, it's not anybody’s achievement. This is an achievement of the Georgian state. We must take care of it and every citizen must feel responsibility when enjoying this very great benefit. Of course, the process is ongoing, and I want to once again reassure everyone that it is totally groundless to say that Georgia may be deprived of visa liberalization”, the PM said.
