Iran to establish anti-missile defenses along borders
Iran plans to improve border security and air control by establishing new bases along its borders, Iranian Border Police Chief General Huseyn Zulfuqari said, MEHR reports.
Zulfuqari said that they employed electronic technologies at the borders last year.
The general viewed the border zone of Parsabad and Bilasuvar on the Iranian-Azerbaijani border. Zulfuqari was assisted by a parliamentary official, the chief of police of the Ardebil Region and heads of the executive authorities of Parsabad and Bilasuvar.
