Xi Jinping to attend St Petersburg investor forum

Chinese President Xi Jinping will travel to Russia on June 5-7 to attend a major Russian investor forum in St Petersburg, China's Foreign Ministry spokesman Lu Kang said.

"A the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin Chinese President Xi Jinping will pay an official visit to Russia," TASS cited the spokesman as saying.

SPIEF-2019, dubbed "Creating a Sustainable Development Agenda," will take place on June 6-8.
