London Conference agrees on new sanctions against Gaddafi

Participants at the International London Conference on Libya have agreed to seek tougher sanctions against supporters of Muammar Qaddafi, the final communique of the meeting reads, RIA Novosti reported.

"We agreed to work within the UN and local institutions on additional sanctions against individuals and entities associated with the regime (of Gaddafi)"  the document says.
