Power of Siberia pipeline to be filled with gas from August

Russia's natural gas producer Gazprom plans to begin production at its Chayanda gas field in Yakutia region on July 15.

Gazprom will begin delivering gas from the field to Russia’s Power of Siberia gas pipeline to China in August, Interfax cited the company as saying.

Russia aims to start delivering natural gas to China via the Power of Siberia pipeline from December 1, 2019.
