Armoured vehicle falls in road ditch in Chechnya

An armoured vehicle of internal troops of the Ministry for internal affairs of Russia falls in a road ditch near Himoi village in Chechnya. The reason is a brake failure. Five police officers were hurt, RIA Novosti reports.
