Brent oil falls below $60 for first time since January

Brent crude was trading at $60.78 a barrel at 6:30 a.m. London time today, up 15 cents and still far from its four-year high of more than $80 last fall. 

Yesterday, Brent oil price fell bellow $60 per barrel for the first time since the beginning of the year.

The slump comes as the U.S. Department of Energy has published a weekly report on the country's oil reserves. According to the report, the reserves have increased by 6,77 million barrels and make some 483,26 million barrels.
