Almost endless chak-chak to be cooked tomorrow in Kaspiysk

The completion of the holy month of Ramadan in Kaspiysk will be marked with the preparation and handing out of a huge chak-chak.

According to AiF-Dagestan, the giant chak-chak has already become a tradition for the Arsi Group Company, thus celebrating Uraza-Bayram. This year, due to the popularity of the action, the chak-chak volumes will be doubled: its length will be 13 m, and the width - 2.5 m.

“Experienced chefs started cooking the dish on June 7. It will be delivered on a large truck with the refrigeration equipment”, the representatives of the company reported.
