Disgraced ex-CSTO Secretary General not released to Georgia

According to the lawyer of CSTO ex-secretary general, Mihran Poghosyan, Yuri Khachaturov could not get to Georgia - he was stopped by the Armenian customs.

It is reported that Khachaturov was going to visit his homeland Tetritsqaro. He is not banned from leaving the country, but the customs officers did not let him through the Armenian-Georgian border.

Moreover, Khachaturov appealed to the court for additional permission to travel to Georgia and received such a document from the general jurisdiction court.
