Azerbaijan to participate in economic forum in Astana

Azerbaijan will take part in the 4th Economic Forum in Kazakhstan capital, Astana, on May 3-4, 1news.az cites Azerbaijani Ambassador to Kazakhstan Serik Primbetov as saying at a press-conference on early presidential elections in Kazakhstan.

The forum was initiated by Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev. It includes discussions of the most topical world economic issues.

One of the main results of the forum is development of recommendations for leaders of the G20.

The Azerbaijani delegation will consist of parliament members, officials from the Ministries of Industry and Energy, Economic Development, Finances, Culture and Tourism, SOCAR (State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic) and the State Oil Fund of the Azerbaijani Republic.
