Russia expects Iran to be more flexible when discussing issues on
exchanging low-enriched uranium for nuclear fuel produced abroad,
Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said at UN Headquarters, where
a conference on the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty is being held,
RIA Novosti reports.

This is Russia’s reply to the declaration by Iranian President Mahmoud
Ahmadinejad on Iran's readiness to exchange. At the same time, the
Iranian leader did not go into details about the conditions.

Ryabov added that there are no plans for a meeting of political
directors of the “six” on Iranian issues.
