Novak: Russia's Energy Ministry expects consolidated decision on OPEC deal

Russia's Ministry of Energy expects that OPEC+ countries will come to a consolidated decision today on a deal to reduce oil production, but the discussion on this day will continue in any case, Russian Minister of Energy Alexander Novak said.

"I hope that we will reach a consolidated decision, the discussion will be held today," TASS cited the minister as saying.

Yesterday, OPEC member states agreed on extending the deal on cutting oil output for nine months.
