Head of Armenia's Penitentiary Service appointed

Artur Goyunyan has been appointed Head of the Armenian Penitentiary Service, according to the Staff of the Armenian Prime Minister.

The decree was signed by Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, News.am reported.
