Hanne Wandewinkel and Juliette Bovi: There's incredible atmosphere at the EYOF in Baku

There's incredible atmosphere at the 15th Summer European Youth Olympic Festival in Baku, Belgian tennis players Hanne Wandewinkel and Juliette Bovi said today in the interview with Vestnik Kavkaza.

"We're in Baku for the first time. This city is wonderful. There's incredible atmosphere at the festival. We're very happy," Hanne Wandewinkel said.

“The city is amazing. The village of athletes is beautiful. It's an incredible tournament. I like everything very much,” Juliette Bovi noted.

The XV Summer European Youth Olympic Festival is being held in Baku on July 21-27. The festival will be attended by more than 3,900 athletes from 48 European countries. Athletes will compete in ten kinds of sports - gymnastics, athletics, basketball, cycling, handball, judo, swimming, tennis, volleyball and wrestling. In total, athletes will compete for 135 sets of medals.
