Pashinyan: Armenia's budget revenues increase by 25.1%

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that state budget revenues have increased by 152 billion drams, or  25.1%, in the first half of 2019, as compared to the same period last year.

"As a result, the following major projects have been able to be launched: as of June 1, the salaries of military servicemen have risen by an average of 10%; as of September 1, the salaries of about 38,000 teachers will increase by 10%; as January 1, 2020, pensions will increase by 10%," the PM wrote on Facebook.

Pashinyan added that additional 10 billion drams will be allocated to implement community projects, 3 billion drams will be allocated to resolve the housing problems of people who lost homes in the 1988 earthquake, News.am reported.
