Dollar surges above 65-ruble mark

The dollar exchange rate exceeded 65 rubles for the first time since June 7 during the today's trading on the Moscow stock exchange.

The dollar was worth 65.02 rubles as of 12:09 (Moscow time).

The euro exchange rate rose to 72.17 rubles.
