Kadyrov has no plans to reshuffle Chechen cabinet

Ramzan Kadyrov said he is not considering any reshuffles in the leadership of the republic in connection with his appointment as head of Chechnya for a second term, RIA Novosti reports.

On Tuesday, Kadyrov accepted the resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic and ordered Odes Baisultanov, who served as prime minister of Chechnya, to begin forming the new government.
