FAS wants to create low-cost airlines in Kazakhstan and Belarus
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaRussia's Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) is in talks with Kazakhstan and Belarus on creation of low-cost airlines in these countries, FAS Director Igor Artemyev said.
He said it is very important to improve competition in the sector, and it would be good if Russia had five or six low-cost airlines and if all other members of the Customs Union had at least one, the Prime news agency reported.
