Moscow commemorates victims of Beslan tragedy

The International Day of Solidarity in the Fight against Terrorism, established in memory of the tragic events in Beslan on September 1-3, 2004, is marked today in Russia.

In the center of Moscow, in the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Kulishki, a memorial service was held for the victims of the terrorist attack in Beslan. Then a moment of silence took place in front of the Alansky Podvorye. The participants of the mourning event laid flowers and released 334 white balloons by a number of the Beslan terrorist attack victims.
