Corruption in Armenia widespread in all spheres - OSCE office head

Corruption in Armenia has a systemic character and the struggle against it should be of national importance, the head of the OSCE office in Yerevan, Sergey Kapinos stated, ARKA reports.

He said corruption is directly connected with the economic situation. Fighting it means changing the mentality of the nation, he added.
