Euro 2020 qualifiers: Armenia loses to Italy

Italy defeated Armenia 3-1 the UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying in Yerevan.

Aleksandr Karapetyan fired Armenia in front in the 11th minute of their Group J encounter. However, Italy leveled the score through a great volley by Andrea Belotti (28').

The visitors wrapped-up the match in the last 15 minutes with Lorenzo Pellegrini's 1st goal for his country (77'), and another strike from Belotti (80').

With the win, leaders Italy maintained their record in the group, with 15 points from 5 games. Meanwhile, Armenia are 3rd with 6 points from 5 games, PressTV reported.
