Pension Fund explains reasons for payments cut

The Pension Fund of Russia explained why pensions may be reduced,  Rossiyskaya Gazeta writes.

In particular, the Pension Fund noted that one of the main factors may be moving to another city, since in this case, the regional coefficient, which is taken into account in the final calculation, may change.

Also, a pension can be reduced due to arrears in rents or fines. Debt can be taken from pension, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports.
