Museum of photography opens in Tbilisi

The first in Georgia Museum of Photography and Multimedia (Tbilisi Photography & Multimedia Museum, TPMM) opened in Tbilisi at the Stamba Hotel. The opening ceremony was held as part of the Tbilisi Photo Festival that takes place in the capital of Georgia on September 12-21.

The museum houses a media library and a modern design multimedia archive. The materials of the Tbilisi Photo Festival collected over 10 years of its existence as well as archival materials transferred from European photo institutions will be stored here.
