Earthquake with 5.7 magnitude hit Turkey's Istanbul

An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.7 hit Turkey’s Istanbul today, the Kandilli Observatory and Earthquake Research Institute said.

The epicenter of the quake was 64 kilometers west of Istanbul in the Marmara Sea.

The outbreak lay at a depth of 12 kilometers. No injuries or damage have been yet reported.
