Erdogan and Stoltenberg hold talks in Istanbul

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan received NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg today at the Dolmabahce Palace in Istanbul, according to the presidential press service.

The meeting, which was closed to the media, started at 1120 GMT and lasted an hour, Anadolu Agency reported.

Turkey's Defense Minister Hulusi Akar also met with Stoltenberg. During the meeting, the two discussed matters of defense and security.
