Council of CIS Foreign Ministers sum up 20-year work of organization

The Council of CIS Foreign Affairs Ministers approved 11 documents at today’s meeting, ITAR-TASS reports, referring to the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.

During the meeting, the participants exchanged views on prospects for cooperation within the Commonwealth and adopted a number of important decisions, including a draft declaration of the CIS Heads of State in connection with the 20th anniversary of the CIS, which summarizes the activities of the Commonwealth during this period and outlines the objectives for expanding and deepening mutual cooperation.
