Gakharia tries to convince Medvedev of security of Georgia’s NATO integration

Today, Georgian Prime Minister Georgy Gakharia said Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev that Georgian NATO integration is not against the Russian Federation.

Recall that Medvedev, in an interview with the Evening News newspaper, emphasized that Russia would respond to the NATO bases deployment at its borders, both politically and militarily, and noted that Georgia’s NATO integration will lead to the consequences.
