Moscow believes that Tbilisi supports saboteurs and terrorists in a bid to undermine stability on the Georgian borders with Abkhazia and South Ossetia, Interfax reports.

"Open support of the Georgian special services for different terrorists and saboteurs threatens peace in the region. It seems that Tbilisi deliberately seeks to destabilize the situation on the borders of the sovereign republics of Abkhazia and South Ossetia," a Foreign Ministry statement published on Monday on its website said.
