Crossing point on Russian-Georgian border closed

The Verkhni Lars crossing point on the North Ossetian border between Russia and Georgia has been closed for vehicles, requested by the Georgian side due to heavy snowing, press-service of the North Ossetian Emergencies Ministry Yulia Starchenko told RIA Novosti.

Snow blocked traffic on the Krestovy Mountain Pass.
