20th Tbilisi International Festival opens on December 1

The 20th Tbilisi International Festival will be held at the Amirani Cinema on December 1-8.

It opens with Alfred Hitchcock’s 1929 Blackmail thriller. This film is part of the British Season program, which is being held at the movie forum in partnership with the British Embassy. It includes classic and new English films.

In addition, as part of a collaboration with the Bristol Encounters Short Film and Animation Festival, this year's DepicT! Film contest will be held in the framework of the Tbilisi film festival. The contest will last 90 minutes. The winner will participate in the Bristol Film Festival.
