Monk detained in Georgia's Zugdidi for drug-crimes

A monk has been detained in Zugdidi, Georgia’s Samegrelo region, for possession of drugs, the Georgian Public Broadcaster reports.

According to the IPN news agency, the monk was detained yesterday, while another individual involved in the alleged crime was detained on December 2.

The Interior Ministry has not released other information regarding the detention so far.
