Ukraine’s gas transit fees ‘too high’ for Russia: Gazprom

Ukraine’s new proposed tariffs for the transit of Russian gas are “too high,” Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller was quoted as saying, Kallanish Energy reports.

According to Reuters, Miller said the price asked by Naftogaz “was much higher than Russia pays under its current contract.” No further details on the proposal were disclosed.
