Militants detained in Karachay-Cherkessia

Police have detained four militants in the Pravokubansky village of Karachay-Cherkessia, a police source told RIA Novosti on Thursday.

They are two 23-year olds, one 19-year old and one 28-year old. They have been members of a local militant group since April 2010.
