ECO members observe Bushehr nuclear power plant

Members of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), assisted by heads of economic organizations and structures in south Iran's Bushehr Province, have visited the Bushehr nuclear power plant, IRNA reports.

They visited the plant's information center and viewed various facilities.

Director of the power plant Khosein Derakhshande had talks with ECO members. He emphasized that all security measures were fulfilled.

The delegation observed the Bushehr seaport and the customs administration of the province.

The Eco council has had the 167th session this morning. Its members will visit the special economic zone of South Pars at Asaluye District and view economic opportunities of Iran in oil, gas and petrochemical industry.
