Russian President Dmitry Medvedev talked about inclusive development and equal opportunities at the Asian Forum in China, Interfax reports.

Inclusive development was defined as the forum’s topic. Medvedev believes that it implies the need for democratization of international decisions and establishment of a truly just political and economic world order.

The president said that separate population groups and countries should not have limited access to new opportunities and welfare. This makes education, development of human resources and an active employment policy play a special role.

Medvedev noted that one of Russia’s social obligations is fulfilling the goals based on modernization and innovative development, investments, infrastructure and institutions. He added intellectual development to the list.
