New candidate for vice-premier approved in Kabardino-Balkaria

The parliament of Kabardino-Balkaria has approved Ivan Gerter as a candidate for vice-premier, introduced by President Arsen Kanokov, RIA Novosti reports.

Gerter received 56 votes from four leading factions: United Russia, Fair Russia, the Communist Party and the Liberal-Democratic Party.
