Putin approves new position of Security Council deputy chairman, appoints ex-PM Medvedev

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree establishing the new position of Security Council deputy chairman.

The post will be held by ex-Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, TASS reports.
